The human body has a variety of different systems that keep it functioning, one of these systems is the nervous system, although we only experience symptoms like pain when there is a problem in a specific area of the nervous system, it is still one of the vital systems to the optimal functioning of the human body. When there is a problem within the body, the nervous system is often the first system to provide an indication that there is a problem, in the same way when the nervous system itself has a problem then the symptoms are magnified to a specific area, much like a headache that becomes a migraine when untreated.
In the same way the chakra system is a vital system to the wellbeing of the human body including the emotions and beliefs of the individual. The chakra system needs to be cleaned out much like the body often needs to be detoxified, and as with anything in life there is a specific procedure that works the most effectively towards the final goal.
When you start looking at the chakra system, you need to start at the first chakra which is located at the base of the spine and slowly work your way up to the 9th chakra which is situated approximately an arm’s length above the head.
Let’s take a simple example to illustrate how you need to focus on the cause of each problem to resolve the problem effectively. If you had to step onto a piece of glass or a thorn that goes into your foot, you going to experience pain, as the nervous system is going to indicate the problem and it is a physical symptom of pain. You can take a pain killer and sit down, the pain will go away for a while, but the minute you start walking again or stand up the pain is going to be back, until you actually look at your foot, see the piece of glass or the thorn and remove it from your foot.
In the same way, your chakra system will indicate that there are problems, in your attitude towards life and if they are left untreated they will continue to cause problems until you experience physical symptoms of a problem. When you choose to deal with the various chakras you need to start at the first chakra and cleanse it, clearing it of any negative energies and beliefs then slowly work your way up the chakra system to the 9th chakra.
When one chakra is working efficiently, then the natural progression is to move onto the next one, sometimes you will find that some chakras are open and working effectively as you have not had any negative energies hide in that specific chakra. When you reach the 8th chakra you will automatically start to experience some of the benefits of the 9th chakra because they are closely related, but it is only once you open and cleanse the 9th chakra that you will be able to experience the full benefits within this chakra.
Even though there are some things that might upset you or cause you emotional distress, they do not reflect a physical problem until there is too much, this is where it is affecting your chakra negatively, because we naturally harbour all negative thoughts and experiences in an attempt to remember the experience so that you do not repeat the same mistakes.
Remember that the process involved in clearing your chakras is not a quick and easy fix, it is a lengthy procedure, but you will experience the benefits of each session immediately which is what will propel you to continue.
