Meditation Wiki

Meditation is a personal journey of self-discovery which provides you with many different benefits 
including increasing your mental, physical and spiritual well-being. There are many different 
meditation practices, postures, tools and experiences that you can use and aim for during your 
chosen meditation practice. 
Meditation wiki sites are often a resourceful place for meditators who are new to a specific practice 
to start learning about the meditation practice they are interested in, although the meditation wiki 
sites are a collection of information which is often gathered from other websites, it is easier to use a 
meditation wiki site where you can learn about the required postures, techniques, available tools 
and expected experiences for one specific type of meditation practice than to try and find reputable 
information across all the different posts on your preferred meditation practice. 
A meditation wiki site will also have a list of resources where the information originated from so that 
you can go to the source yourself and confirm the information provided. This is also a great way for 
you to determine whether your source for meditation wiki is reputable or not. 
Once you have found a reputable meditation wiki site it is advisable to bookmark the site and refer 
back to it on a regular basis so that you can keep up to date on any news that pertains to your 
chosen meditation practice, and to tell other meditators about the meditation wiki sites that you 
have found to be helpful and informative. 
Meditation wiki sites give you the information on your chosen meditation practice in an easy to 
understand manner, simplifying all the technical terms and explaining the postures and other 
aspects of your chosen meditation practice so that everyone can understand. 
Once you have a meditation practice that you are interested in and a meditation wiki site that you 
enjoy using, you can learn about all the different meditation practices, tools and experiences 
without having to go to any courses or engage in anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.
